Training Content

Management trainees will undergo a comprehensive induction programme that includes familiarisation to operating divisions, a self awareness workshop, and an introduction to Accounting and Finance course, to ensure they gain a good understanding of the company's business operations, as well as its range of products and diverse markets.

Following the induction programme, all management trainees will embark on a three-year development journey. The programme content will include on-the-job training, workshops, experience sharing and group projects.

Every year, the management trainees will be rotated to different major functional areas of their assigned industry, including line functions, support functions and out port postings. Hands-on experience, as well as participation in different development projects, will help trainees to learn about the dynamics of the respective industries, while improving their skills and promoting their personal growth.
