All Hong Kong candidates must:

• Have right of abode in Hong Kong *
• Hold a recognised university degree in any discipline
• Possess an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with a credit or above in HKCEE English (Grade 4) or an equivalent standard
• Not have worked in a full-time capacity for more than three years
• Be willing to be relocated to Mainland China and other countries for long- or short-term assignments

* Note: The Hong Kong Management Trainee Programme is only for candidates with right of abode in Hong Kong, and PRC or overseas nationals who are eligible for employment in Hong Kong under the revised immigration policy.
