All Mainland China candidates must:

• Have citizenship in the PRC
• Hold a recognised university degree in any discipline
• Possess an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with either a CET 6 or TEM 4 or equivalent English standard
• Not have worked in a full-time capacity for more than three years
• Be willing to be relocated to Hong Kong SAR, other PRC cities or countries for long- or short-term assignments
